Nissan GTR - Spec V

If you fell under the impression that the GTR was potentially beat by the Corvette ZR1, think again. This sick Nissan GTR Spec-V is the ultimate machine. Although this car wasn't designed to give more stock HP than the original GTR, the Japanese designers claim to have increased the comfortability and dynamics of the ride, making it that much more enjoyable.

From the looks of it, the Nissan GTR was originally designed and built so good, that there really weren't any dramatic improvements in the Spec-V. Needless to say, the GTR remains unrivaled even by its American contemporary, the ZR1. That's not to say though, that one or the other is better; they're both really great cars but the GTR Spec-V has got the extra, leading edge.

Nissan GTR Overview

The Nissan GTR is a supreme vechile, capable of climbing from 0-60 Km/hr in 3.3 s making this the fastest stock car in the market, never mind being a superb drift machine. The GTR engine consists of a twin-turbo charged 3.8L V6, delivering a monstrous 480Hp at 6800 rpm as well as 430 lb-ft torque. Competitors tend to make use of larger engines (V8 or V12) just to come close to the power of this car.

Transmission: interchangeable between manual and automatic. 6-speed dual clutch with three selectable modes - Normal, Snow and R-mode (race) used for maximum efficieny, gentler shifting on slippery roads and maximum performance with very fast shifts, in that respective order.
Its probably worth noting that the dual clutch design mechanism is capable of shifting gears within 0.5 s or 0.2 s in R-mode.

Wheels:The tires are measured at 20 x 9.5'' (front) and 20 x 10.5'' (rear) consisting of super-lightweight forged aluminum. One of the unique aspects of this car is its ability to transfer rear-wheel power to the front differentials, creating an amazing all-wheel driving experience. ultimately, the amazing features give the GTR the highest potential for maximum control and efficiency. The breaking system which only adds to this cars efficiency, is made of Brembo 4-wheel disc brakes with 4-wheel ABS, brake assist, electronic brakeforce distribution as well as preview braking. The Nissan's GTR specifications and drifting capabilities have yet to be surpassed!
